What’s the difference between traditional aerosol and Bag-on-Valve (BOV) filling?
Traditional aerosol mixes propellant directly with the product, which works well for sprays, deodorants and hairsprays. BOV keeps the product in a separate bag inside the can so propellant never touches it — better for sunscreens, moisturisers and facial mists that need to dispense in any position without degrading. We run both lines and can recommend the right format for your product.
Do you test every batch for pressure, leak and flame safety before it ships?
Yes. Every pressurized can goes through 100% water-bath leak testing, plus flame-extension and ignition-distance testing to meet GSO safety requirements, before it leaves the facility.
Can you formulate with non-flammable or eco-friendly propellants?
Yes. Alongside standard butane/propane blends, we offer compressed air, nitrogen and other non-flammable propellant systems for brands that want to avoid flammable classifications.
What can size range can you fill, and can I mix valve types across my range?
We handle everything from 50ml travel formats to full-size retail cans, with a choice of standard, continuous-spray and BOV valve systems, so you’re not locked into one packaging format across your range.
Do you handle aerosol-specific regulatory registration?
Yes. Our regulatory affairs team manages GSO, ESMA and Montaji registration for pressurized products specifically, including the pressure-burst and flame-extension documentation aerosols require that other product categories don’t.
